A topic that seems sweet and innocent before you start to uncover the hidden connections. Sugar significantly affects our physical and mental health. It has become the subject of urgent concern among experts and health organizations and is considered the main cause of many health problems in individuals and populations. Nevertheless, its global consumption is growing at a dizzying pace."
